If you are planning on applying to law school in the US, you absolutely need to think about the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT). And that can be a lot to think about! So the Law Society will be hosting an informational session about the LSAT on Monday, September 23 at 5pm in the Westport to answer any questions you may have and to have a chat about how best we can help you along the way to achieving your perfect LSAT score!
We will be talking about when you need to take the LSAT, what kind of material the test covers, how you can study, etc. Whether you've been practicing all summer or you've never opened a book, we'd love to see you and help you along in any way we can. The Society has a sizeable stock of LSAT related resources as well as materials covering the general admissions process for law schools in the US. Our committee members have toiled through the process already so we're here to lend a hand!
On Monday we will be discussing if and when we will hold regular study sessions. So if you're looking for a little extra help, some books to study with, or someone to help arrange some quiet space for a practice test, come along on Monday at 5pm!
If you have any questions, please email Jenn Nelson at jn247.
The LSAT doesn't have to be as daunting as you think, let the Law Society walk you through the preliminary steps and guide you on your way to gaining your law degree. Come alone or bring another LSAT-inclined friend and join us at the Westport to start your journey toward your J.D.
